Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges or offer store credit within 14 days of the original delivery or in-store purchase date. We do not offer refunds.

To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Tags must be attached
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, and scent

Items returned not meeting these requirements will either incur a 50% restocking fee or be returned to sender at a $9 shipping fee.

Final Sale items include:
- Sale items marked 30% off or more
- BOGO and promotional sales
- Bodysuits, swimsuits, accessories, graphic tees, and flash sale merchandise

All final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
